Appointment Information
We have emergency appointments available for pain relief. Otherwise simply ring up and we’ll arrange a good time. Remember to bring your photo ID, private health fund card or medicare card if applicable.
To ensure other patients can pick the best times available, if you are unable to attend your appointment please contact the clinic as soon as possible. All appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Payment Options
New patients are welcomed to our practice with a clear idea of what to expect at the end when it’s time to pay. We have on-the-spot claiming available with HICAPS. We accept multiple payment methods including EFTPOS and Mastercard and Visa cards. We also offer payment plan options including Afterpay, Zip and Openpay. DVA (Department of Veteran's Affairs) and Government Vouchers also accepted. Payment on the day of services provided is required.
